Make Your Own Organic Power Green Supplements

There are several necessary supplements that your body needs to function properly on a daily basis. Due to our diets, what we can buy in the store, high prices, genetically modified and synthetic ingredients, and geoengineering (seriously look into this), we're just not getting what we need. My family and I take a considerable amount of vitamins and minerals daily. Here is an article of the supplements I take pretty regularly and why.

I want to show you how to make some of your own capsules that are very affordable comparatively. I have found that the most cost-effective way to buy certain supplements is buying them in organic powder form and distributing inside vegetable-based, NON-GMO capsules. There are many different supplements you can purchase in this form. For the time being, I am focusing on power greens such as Wheatgrass, Moringa, and Spirulina. Let me tell you about the benefits of all three...


Wheatgrass


This is a wonderful green that promotes detoxification, improves digestion and high in enzymes, helps the body to become more alkaline which staves off countless diseases, cleanses your blood, is a good source of protein, helps with weight loss, increases energy, is anti-inflammatory, slows aging, and decreases effects of blood sugar disorders.


Moringa


Moringa is a type of tree and the benefits are derived from the leaves. These benefits include boosting stamina, helping to control blood sugar levels, being an antioxidant, lowering cholesterol, helping with depression and anxiety, healing wounds and treating minor infections, boosting immunity, providing vitamins A, C, Calcium, Potassium, Zinc, Magnesium, Iron, stimulating hair growth...shall I go on?


Spirulina


This is the absolute powerhouse of algae. The advantages are freaking endless. This, in my opinion, is one of the most important supplements you should be taking. It provides an insane amount of nutrients, antioxidants to the max, boosts energy, is a good source of protein, has antiviral and antifungal properties, immunity building, anti-inflammatory benefits, eye health, and allergy-fighting elements, lowers blood pressure, and so on and so on and so on!!!


It is so important for your internal health to be ingesting a lot of the things humans did in early civilizations. I am concluding they were much more strong and more robust than we have been led to believe. The way disease manifests itself in our bodies leads me to the fact that it is derived from deadly man-made products. If it wasn't here at the beginning, do not ingest it now. Just a good rule of thumb to live by. You can find all the supplies you need online at very affordable prices. I find a lot of my things on Amazon (unfortunately), but that is just the case.


Again, I do not purport to be a medical professional. These are the supplements that make me feel great and have enabled me to get my life back on track. It is up to you to do your own research and find out what works best for your own needs.
